Contact our client services team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place the unworn, unwashed items back into their original designer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
